The Warm Line is available Monday – Friday: from 12pm – midnight and Saturday, Sunday: 4pm – midnight. We’re open on holidays.
The Warm Line provides supportive, confidential telephone services for persons feeling overwhelmed or just needing to talk. The Warm Line is a friendly telephone support line operated by trained call specialists who offer non-judgmental peer support and actively listen to callers’ concerns, understanding the callers’ perspectives because we’ve also experienced behavioral health issues.
Monday – Friday: from 12pm – midnight and Saturday, Sunday: 4pm – midnight.
The Warm Line is available to anyone for support, we offer:
- Supportive, 15 minute conversation
- Positive choice in overwhelming situations
- One-on-one peer support by trained Peer Support Specialists
- Qualified supervisor on staff for assistance and navigation into the crisis line if necessary.
